Newly developed in 2022, GECKO-CAM now introduces the GENESIS G35 professional video and cinema lenses. Built for industry professionals, the G35 set is a masterpiece of design and calculation by Thoma engineering. High-end mechanics made in Germany, paired with a modern vintage look, is what brings great value to the Genesis G35 lens series. Playing a big part in the design of the G35 line was Georg Thoma, the famed designer of the first fluid head at Sachtler. Thoma’s contribution to these Genesis lenses is the cam mechanism, which is the way the focus works. These lenses cover full frame format as well as larger sensors, including the RED V-Raptor 8K VV and have a PL mount for versatility.
